At The Z Flip Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.
Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Z Flip case in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement case within 3-5 business days.
